The Wheel Project

This is an ongoing project that will take shape over one full pagan calendar year

Beginning with Samhain 2020, each turn of the wheel will mark the holiday with new florals and details to celebrate the seasons.
Follow me on Instagram or Twitter for notifications when new pieces of this project go live.

Samhain fires burn brighter each year we worship because our lights shine more deeply as we grow
together like stones or branches
and old moss
a comfort found wrapped in the blankets of fellowship

So we hail to those who traveled before us
thin through the veil into death, hearing whispering encouragement
from those we loved more deeply than the life they stepped out of.

Turning the wheel again
old ways renewed
old songs well-loved
new fires burned into new friendships
baptized in smoke and laughter
as we celebrate the night's purpose with abandon.

Handwritten, cursive signature says "pea flower tea" in lowercase letters. The flower is a small sketch of a bloom, instead of the word for "flower".
