The officer escalated a mental health situation and wasted no time before drawing his gun and murdering Mr. Warren. Say his name. Patrick Warren Sr. mattered. His life mattered. The family begging the officer to put his gun down as they witnessed the murder of their own father/husband matter. His mental health mattered. Police should have never even been involved."
