There’s something beautiful about embracing your body in every stage. I’ve posed nude in my largest size, and I’ve posed nude in my size now- 120 pounds less. My skin looks like... well, like I’ve lost 120 pounds. It hangs and sags in places. My belly does that fantastic wooble thing that cat bellies do. So much so, that I call it my primordial pouch- just like a cat’s belly. I’m proud of my journey. I’m proud of my body. I’m proud of my commitment to improving my health, and I’m proud to know that I can love myself in every form I take.

I will never stop growing. I will never stop loving myself. I hope you love yourself, too.
